Beginner friendly, no pilates experience required classes


Our clinical reformer Pilates classes are expertly designed to support  pelvic health at every stage of life. These classes provide safe, targeted movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.


Led by experienced practioners trained in pelvic health, each class focusses on restoring strength, stability and control - without pressure, impact or strain.

BODY strong men  - NEW

Are you recovering from surgery or managing ongoing pelvic health challenges?


Supportive strength-based small group exercise programs designed specifically for men to rebuild confidence and improve physical function.


This men's health-focused program targets your whole body and movement in a respectful, small group setting and is ideal to get your health back on track. Support, motivation and exercise with  others experiencing similar health challenges.

BODY after baby

FREE body recovery education sessions for new mums, chatting about your boobs, bellies, butts and everything in between relevant to your post-baby body. These sessions are presented by our practitioners monthly in our Altona North clinic.


Each session includes:

  • How to activate your pelvic floor muscles
  • Breast care and breastfeeding
  • Stomach checks for stretching and rehab
  • Caesarian scar checks
  • Ultrasound checks of your pelvic floor muscles
