  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    Please note: we are currently updating our booking and learning management system so please be patient while we update all our course information for you.

  • I will be coming from interstate or overseas. Can you help me find some accommodation?

    We recommend participants stay at the Punt Hill Apartments in Williamstown. This accommodation has parking facilities, is very close to cafes, restaurants, a supermarket and is only a short 5 minute drive from our venue. Alternative accommodation may be also found at Quest Apartments, Williamstown


  • The course I am interested in attending is sold out – do you have a waitlist?

    We are happy to waitlist you should a spot become available. Please use our expression of interest form and let us know what you would like to waitlist for.


  • Can I participate live online for this course?

    Unfortunately this option is not available at this stage - Our In person training is not live streamed or recorded.

  • I am a physio who resides outside of Australia and I would like to enrol in the online course?

    You can certainly enrol in the online course and will be exempt from paying the tax (GST). Please contact us direct to obtain your special access booking code.

  • I am enrolled to attend your face to face course but am now unable to attend – what do I do?

    If you have already enrolled please contact us immediately to discuss your options. Please note cancellation fees may apply. Please refer to your course Cancellation Policy and General Terms and Conditions.

  • I have enrolled in the online course only but would now like to attend in person?

    We can certainly add the face to face course component to your enrolment, subject to course availability.Please contact us to discuss.


  • I have enrolled in the course but have not yet received my log-in details to access the online content?

    You will generally receive your login details with 48 hours of enrolment. Please check your junk email as we have found they sometimes end up here. If you still can’t locate or don’t receive your login details, please contact us.

  • Do I need to complete the online course in the order listed?

    The modules in the online course can be completed in any order, according to your existing knowledge and experience.
