    General Terms and Conditions

    • In purchasing this course you will receive three months of access to the online learning for this course.
    • Extensions to your access are available for an additional fee of $100 for one month. Please contact our office to extend your access.
    • Pelvic Health Melbourne (PHM) reserves the right to make minor changes to the content, as required, however, courses are intended to be provided as advertised.

    Cancellation Policy


    We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a course. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following terms and conditions.


    Please Note: If an unforeseen genuine emergency requires a cancellation, please contact our office. Refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis only.


    • Cancellation after enrolment will incur an administration fee of $50.00 PLUS, if applicable;

    A % fee for the online content already accessed, downloaded or partially completed as per the following schedule: 

    • 10% of content = $30
    • 20% of content = $60
    • 30% of content = $90
    • If more than 30% of the content has been accessed, downloaded or partially completed No Refund will be provided.
