Clinical Experience

 

Matthew is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, AHPRA. He focuses on creating a welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported. Matthew fosters strong therapeutic relationships through a collaborative approach, tailoring interventions to individual needs.


With a strengths-based approach, Matthew draws on his experience working with adults, children, and parents facing challenges like self-esteem, emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, low mood, ADHD, autism, and grief and loss. He uses evidence-based practices like CBT, CFT, DBT, and mindfulness with a neuroaffirmative approach.
