About Zwin

Outside of work, Zwins positive attitude sees her up for a challenge, whether that be learning to enjoy running and completing 10kms, achieving the purchase of her first home or recently learning to bake sourdough so she can indulge in another of her passion – cooking. Having travelled extensively the world over Zwin and her partner are looking forward to getting out and travelling again - this time to explore Australia with their Groodle puppy in tow.

Clinical Experience

Zwin is passionate about empowering women to feel strong and confident about their bodies, to be celebrated and encouraged to live their best lives, without shame or pain.

Beginning her physiotherapy career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and training and working as a Clinical Pilates Instructor, Zwin knows first-hand the impact she can have on patients’ lives, providing pain management treatments and supporting her patients to return to health.

After experiencing pelvic health problems of her own and realising a career in physiotherapy could be more than just sports orientated, she has focussed on pelvic health physiotherapy for women. She believes women – mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, and colleagues are amazing and should be celebrated, empowered, and educated about their bodies. She helps her clients achieve optimal pelvic health through treatments which include manual therapy and movement-based therapy incorporating her Clinical Pilates training experience.
