Alex is cisgender. She is actively involved in national and international education for pelvic health education and awareness at a professional and public level. She leads her team in complex case management and educational development.

About Alex
After experiencing her own pelvic health trauma during childbirth, Alex was inspired to make changes to healthcare models within pelvic healthcare for all Australians.
This marked the beginning of a vision to establish local community services in western Melbourne that cater to all genders and address all pelvic health concerns.
Her passion for improving the quality of education at both professional and community levels led to the creation of high-quality education initiatives. These aim to enhance service standards for Australians and raise community awareness about pelvic health.
Clinical Experience
Alex has 30 years of clinical experience in sports and pelvic health physiotherapy, group exercise programs, and education. She has worked in private practice and at the University of Melbourne in the undergraduate and postgraduate programs. She has delivered education modules for the Continence Foundation of Australia, the Australian Physiotherapy Association, the Fitness Industry and Pelvic Health Melbourne coursework across Australia and Australasia.
